Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY Sessions or packages must be scheduled in advance via our booking system or by email. Confirmation will be sent automatically. Clients are expected to: Show up on time and prepared Notify us in advance of any changes Respect time limits and project scope If booking on behalf of a team or organization, please ensure all decision-makers or stakeholders are aware of the session details. CANCELLATION POLICY Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel: ​Please give at least 48 hours' notice for 1:1 sessions. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. For larger projects or packages, we require 7+ days’ notice before a scheduled kickoff to receive a refund (less any non-refundable deposit). No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in loss of session credit or the ability to rebook. WAITLIST POLICY If no sessions are available: You may request to be added to our waitlist. Clients on the waitlist will be contacted as soon as an opening becomes available. Waitlist placement does not guarantee a booking. Priority is typically given on a first-come, first-served basis. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.
