Booking Policies

1. Booking Policy

 

Sessions or packages must be scheduled in advance via our booking system or by email. Confirmation will be sent automatically.

 

Clients are expected to:

  • Show up on time and prepared

  • Notify us in advance of any changes

  • Respect time limits and project scope

 

If booking on behalf of a team or organization, please ensure all decision-makers or stakeholders are aware of the session details.

2. Cancellation Policy

 

Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel:

  • Please give at least 48 hours' notice for 1:1 sessions.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

  • For larger projects or packages, we require 7+ days’ notice before a scheduled kickoff to receive a refund (less any non-refundable deposit).

 

No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in loss of session credit or the ability to rebook.

3. Waitlist Policy

 

If no sessions are available:

  • You may request to be added to our waitlist.

  • Clients on the waitlist will be contacted as soon as an opening becomes available.

  • Waitlist placement does not guarantee a booking. Priority is typically given on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.

4. Refund & Payment Policy

 

We strive to provide thoughtful, high-quality service. To protect both parties, here’s how payments and refunds are handled:

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Full payment is due before the first session unless otherwise arranged.

 

6. Refunds:

  • 1:1 Sessions: Refunds are not offered for no-shows or same-day cancellations. Rescheduling is allowed with 48+ hours’ notice.

  • Projects/Packages: Non-refundable deposits may be required. Once work begins, refunds are generally not issued.

  • Digital Products: Due to their nature, all sales of downloadable content are final.

 

7. Late Payments:

 

Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees or a pause in services.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please reach out within 7 days so we can address it.
