Compass Check is a high-level organizational review designed for solopreneurs and small nonprofits who know something’s off but aren’t sure where to begin. If your workflows feel chaotic, your tools are all over the place, or your team is constantly reinventing the wheel — this is your first step toward clarity. We’ll take a bird’s-eye view of how your operations are (or aren’t) working, highlight the biggest friction points, and point you toward what to tackle first — and what might take more time and effort to fix. Best for Leaders and small teams who need clarity on: • Where their systems are misaligned • What’s causing confusion, delays, or duplication • How much effort might be involved in fixing key issues • What to prioritize now vs. later What You’ll Walk Away With: • A 60-minute strategic session to walk through your current systems • A high-level snapshot of what’s working, what’s not, and what needs attention • A simple summary of priority focus areas across your org • A rough effort estimate (light, moderate, or heavy lift) for each area • Optional: 30-minute Q&A follow-up to discuss your next step Timeline: 1–2 weeks


Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY Sessions or packages must be scheduled in advance via our booking system or by email. Confirmation will be sent automatically. Clients are expected to: Show up on time and prepared Notify us in advance of any changes Respect time limits and project scope If booking on behalf of a team or organization, please ensure all decision-makers or stakeholders are aware of the session details. CANCELLATION POLICY Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel: Please give at least 48 hours' notice for 1:1 sessions. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. For larger projects or packages, we require 7+ days’ notice before a scheduled kickoff to receive a refund (less any non-refundable deposit). No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in loss of session credit or the ability to rebook. WAITLIST POLICY If no sessions are available: You may request to be added to our waitlist. Clients on the waitlist will be contacted as soon as an opening becomes available. Waitlist placement does not guarantee a booking. Priority is typically given on a first-come, first-served basis. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.
